This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled. Appointments which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notification will be subject to a full cancellation fee. PREPAYMENT OFFERS & REFUND POLICY ON PACKAGES

Requests for refunds should be made in writing to [email protected] There will be a 20% admin fee on any refund including packages. If in case due to unforeseen circumstances you have changed your mind about your treatment, please let us know in good timing i.e. within 12 days. In the event you cancel after 14 days we will refund 50% of total treatment. We can’t offer refunds or exchanges on treatment (services) rendered. If you haven’t attended the clinic within 30 days, it will be assumed that you are unable or have become an inactive patient and your file will be removed.
