APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is, therefore, requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide more than 48 hours notice. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled. Appointments which are cancelled with less than 48 hours notification will be subject to a full cancellation fee. PREPAYMENT OFFERS & REFUND POLICY ON PACKAGES

Requests for refunds should be made in writing to [email protected] in case due to unforeseen circumstances you have changed your mind about your treatment, please let us know in good timing i.e. within 12 days. Cancellations and full refunds are available within 12 days of purchase. All refunds will be offered minus the cost of any redeemed session at full, under counted price. In the event you cancel within 14 days we will refund 50% of total treatment. We can’t offer refunds or exchanges on treatment (services) rendered. For early plan exits, the original bulk discount will become void as long as it is within 12 days. If you haven’t attended the clinic within 30 days, it will be assumed that you are unable or have become an inactive patient and your file will be removed.Management reserves the right to charge an additional £20 administration fee for refunds and cancellations. We are able to accept payments by cash or card. We are currently able to take MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay. We also accept payments online via invoice or bank transfer on arrangement.
